We would just like to express our sincere gratitude to you for making the purchase of our latest rental property such 'a dream'. Right from the onset when I enquired about one of your advertised properties, only for you to let me know it already had an offer on it - to stem my disappointment, you were straight in there to inform me that you had an even better property in a better area which hadn't yet been advertised and had just been listed with your company.
You made time in your busy schedule to ensure you could let us view the property ASAP (that very weekend) and always kept to your appointment times and nothing was ever too much trouble. Having an agent in mind from another real estate company, I chose Sabina as a second opinion in terms of pricing the property; however, I had indeed no intention to list my property with her (to be perfectly honest). Her enthusiasm, empathy and clear vision immediately made me question the decision I was about to make. Sabina also picked up on its potential, its market (not a house for everyone), the regrets we had in selling and suggested a plan that included pricing well beyond expectation – which I actively questioned.
