Introducing Judy Guyton
Judy is the mother of an Olympian, and it shows. A strong focus on goals and powerful drive to succeed are values she installed in her son Scott Guyton, enabling him to become a New Zealand champion and European Professional Road Cyclist. These same values, involving 100% commitment to whatever she does, have earned Judy a reputation for energy and performance in Real Estate Sales. I have been consistently a top performer over 10 years I have been in Real Estate.
Judy's long participation in sport has been encouraged by her husband Alistair, also a strong competitive cyclist. This interest, along with her background in sales and marketing, combine to give Judy a valuable range of talents. “I work hard for my customers, because I see every opportunity as a personal challenge. When I list a house, I have the determination to achieve a sale with results that will also make my Vendors happy. I will settle for nothing less. To me, it is like running a race that I simply can't afford to lose”.
Originally from Wanganui, Judy and her husband Alistair went to Australia, worked and travelled for 5 years before returning to NZ and settling in Tokoroa. Ten years ago they moved to Rotorua. Judy thought it was now the ideal time to fulfil her long time ambition to sell Real Estate.
Son Scott and his wife Vanessa Cheatly was also a NZ Road Cycling and Commonwealth Games Representative now living in Auckland, they own a bike shop in Takapuna called Kiwi Velo. Daughter Shelley, her American husband Dana and grandchildren Corbin and Corryn have moved from the State of New York to Perth, Australia.
Judy's prospective is both local and cosmopolitan, she is able to connect easily with a wide range of people is a good listener with an excellent track record in customer service. The positive qualities that have made her son a winner will bring you the results you need.
Working with Judy is Ron Wesche as a Executive Assistant, his background was in Banking. Ron also has his Real Estate Sales Certificate, you'll be getting twice the knowledge when you choose to work with Judy.
Judy also through hard work and determination has achieved amongst many other awards, the ‘3rd Runner Up Top Salesperson' for Waikato Bay of Plenty plus ‘Top 10% Sales in New Zealand and Top 10% Units New Zealand Wide 2005/2006.
